Consent. By opting in, you consent to the collection and use of your mobile number for the purposes described in this policy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No sharing of mobile information. We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf solely to operate our messaging program, or where required by law. All categories of personal information and sharing described elsewhere in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

5. Website Chat and AI Tools

Our website chat may use artificial intelligence (AI) to answer common questions and route your request to our team. Information you type into the chat is processed by our chat provider and AI service providers to generate responses, and chat conversations may be saved so our team can follow up.

AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Product availability, pricing, quantities, and delivery details should be confirmed with our staff before you rely on them. Please do not enter payment card numbers or other sensitive information into the chat.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working (such as your shopping cart and account login), to protect forms from spam, and to understand how visitors use the site.
